For qualified underinsured patients in the U.S., Clarity Lab Solutions offers financial assistance, limiting out-of-pocket costs to a maximum of $125 per test. Examples of underinsured patients include those with high deductibles, out-of-pocket expenses, or restrictive medical policies. To be eligible, patients must have private insurance, meet medical testing criteria, and satisfy low-income requirements (household incomes up to 300 percent of the Federal poverty level).
Qualified uninsured patients may also benefit from financial assistance, reducing out-of-pocket costs to a maximum $125 per test. To be eligible, uninsured patients must meet medical testing criteria and low-income requirements (household incomes up to 300 percent of the Federal poverty level).
Please note that due to regulary limitations, individuals receiving government-funded programs (e.g., Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare-Advantage, and Tricare) are not eligible for the Clarity Cares Program.
